What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-above) energy healing practice that supports the body’s natural ability to relax, restore, and rebalance. Rooted in Usui Reiki, Reiki works with universal life force energy to help calm the nervous system, ease stress, and promote a sense of overall well-being.
During a Reiki session, you remain fully clothed while resting comfortably. Light touch or hands just above the body are used to encourage the flow of energy, creating a deeply relaxing experience.
